Your First Visit: What to Know
Location: 5707 Helena Drive, first right at the bottom of Linda Vista Boulevard in the Miller Creek neighborhood of Missoula, Montana
How to find us: Classes are held in a backyard yoga yurt. You'll know you're in the right place when you see a front yard flagpole and home-built farm stand. Park anywhere along the street or in the driveway, and cut across the front yard to the right side of the house, where you'll spot our "South Side Studio" sign.
Do I need a mat or materials? Plenty of mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own for comfort.
How big are classes? The yurt holds eight students at most. Classes are kept intentionally small to create a relaxed and welcoming environment in which each student can receive more individual attention and truly settle into the space.
New to yoga? Beginners are always welcome! Each class is tailored to suit the group and very accessible to everyone.
